We are wholly owned subsidiary of BBR Holdings Ltd, a public listed company on Singapore Stock Exchange, Moderna Homes is a licensed specialist builder for both steel and concrete PPVC. Our factories in Malaysia and Singapore are accredited by BCA’s Manufacturer Accreditation Scheme (MAS) in year 2017. Moderna Homes PPVC design system has also been approved by Hong Kong’s Building Department’s IPA scheme in April 2019.
